Nina Siddall - Ward, Director of Why Consultancy Ltd, FRSA, MA Ed, PGCE, BSc Hons

Nina’s charisma, experience and enthusiasm have enabled her to deliver positive change for children and adults in a wide range of organisations. Now a writer and trainer, as Director of Why Consultancy Ltd, she is responsible for all consultancy offered by the company and is very active in research and product design. Nina provides expert advice and articles for The Key for School Leaders and is regularly commissioned to lead conferences and CPD sessions for Osiris Educational.

Highlights from her extensive career as a motivator in education include her time as Primary Headteacher in a range of schools, Head of Standards and Learning Effectiveness (0-11) in a large local authority, international school review work, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, School Governor, Trustee for a local charity, Patron of a Studio School and of particular merit her recent enrolment to the High Performance Academy in the USA.

Nina lives in Sussex and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves reflective walks with her dogs and getting busy on her allotment.
